This bench is designed for training posterior chain (back extensors, glutes, hamstrings). It has adjustable leg support to match the height of the trainee with 7 different positions and 3 levels of angle adjustment. There are two rollers for foot support that make training more comfortable and two handles to help user to get in starting/ending position.
